    hi im nooreen i just start doing atkins diet plz i have Q CAN ANY ONE tell me what i can put in my coffee coz i dont like to drink it blak plz help

      Hi Noreen I struggled with this too - its either heavy cream yuk - or try decaf green tea - once you get used to it its really good.
