Technically speaking, no. Miso is a fermented soybean product, unlike tofu, which is essentially a soy protein "cheese".
Also, miso is relatively high in carbs. The miso I have is 4 carbs per 1 tablespoon. Add dashi and tofu to that and you'll have something in the neighborhood of 6 net carbs. AND it's relatively low fat, which isn't the best food choice on Atkins---the fat will help to blunt your blood sugar absorption and will help you stay feeling "full" between meals.
