I've been on atkins for 15 days now, I lost 13lbs. I am affraid to move on to the next phase, becasue my lack of knowledge of the program. I have a copy of Atkins for life, but I've only had a chance to fully read it, before starting the life change (very busy). Althought, I've read the most important concepts I still need clarity.

    Thanks...

    Hi.

Atkins for Life is geared for folks who are normal weight and want to adopt a low carb lifestyle or for the folks in the Maintenance phase of Atkins.

You should get a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 edition. That is the book that tells you how to do the weight loss phases of Atkins.

In the meantime, read through the OWL forum of this board.

You need the 2002 edition, you can get it really cheap. I think the other book is for people who are at their goal.
