    Okay yes i should not weight myself everyday.. Fine okay but it incourages me..I know i will not lose every day but it incourages me not to let go and to continue . i when i pull my jeans on i already feel something is different.. looser cloths all ready.. Well this morning i am an other pound lighter... 147-144 in 6 days now that incourages me.. i prob will not lose and more this week but guess what i am happy. i know i lost it all in the waist area.. i feel 1/2 a size less in my jeans. Not to mention i use to do alot of insomia and now i sleep like a baby I love this web sight and it really helps me.. I love you all for taking the time to answer me. I love all of this

    Yo, Canada is COOL!
    Don't worry about weighing every day. So do I!
    Dr. Atkins just suggest we dont, so we don't get caugt up so much in the day to day fluctuation or over concerned about days we don't lose. As long as you don't do that, ur fine. It's not like it's a rule of Induction or anything.
    Like I always say, just have fun with it!
