  • GREAT induction dinner

This is a salmon bake with:
    2C Sliced Mushrooms, Baby Portobellos
    1 Lemon, sliced, 2T Juice
    2C Sliced Leek
    6 Spears Asparagus
    1 Small Eggplant Sliced
    1 Stick Butter Chunked
    Kosher Salt
About three pounds salmon, we used a huge salmon filet.

I baked it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then put it back in the oven on 200 to keep warm until my husband gets home.
I love this way of living, it is really bringing out the Gormet in me :joy . I really do love to cook. Now I know it is healthy for us!
