Thank you. Okay, I am on my day 2. This is hard. I am craving donuts! And I never eat donuts. Mind over matter though. I am so short I look a lot bigger than what it sounds like. But thank you for your nice thoughts.
Can any of you give me little snacking tips or some good meal ideas? The recipes I find are not that great. Also I drink a lot of water but especially when i work out...I am very hungry. Any tips. Thanks.

Then if I'm hungry in the mid morning I might have some string cheese. Lunch would consist of a spinach salad with oil/vinegar dressing with maybe some chicken in it. Mid afternoon I might have some sugar free jello. For supper I might have some salmon, another small salad or veggie from the Induction list. Before bed I may have some pork rinds and my 'dip' (I take some cream cheese, put some salsa on top of that and then sprinkle on some shredded cheddar cheese. Delish! Just remember to count all the carbs) I might have a glass of decaf iced tea with that too.
