Okay, I have read and reread the books..but I need some input from you guys..PLEASE!! :help :help :help Today is my first day.. i had
Breakfast:
3 sunny side up eggs this mornings, with 3 breakfast sausages (total=no carbs
) 16.5 oz of water.
Lunch:
I had 1 sweet italian sausage (2g) and 1 cup of salad (1.5g) with carb free dressing!yummy!! and i drank another 16.5 oz bottle of water.
Snack: more water 16.5 oz....i'm gonna squirt water outta my ears!
Dinner:
I plan to have another cup of salad with carb free dressing (1.5g) and a piece of chicken.Oh yea and more water!!!
Please tell me if this is considered a Clean Day...and a clean induction if i keep it up. Thanks so much!
