You're probably not in ketosis.
In your situation, Lauren, once you get into ketosis, move onto either OWL or Extended Induction. See the first 14 days are the first 14 days you were on Atkins. You can never get that time back. What you've been doing is an extended Induction, with periodic falls off the wagon.
So get back into ketosis and then move onto either extended Induction or OWl.
