    As I mentioned yesterday, You can eat whatever is on the attached list. But be wary of quantities.....

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Onions are allowed--check your book for the Acceptable Foods list.

      I'm not sure how they fry onions in the UK, but here they dip them in a flour batter and fry them or they bread the onions and fry them. So those type of fried onions are definitely not allowed.

        As not2late said, fried onion rings in batter are NOT allowed but plain onion rings just cut up and then fried like you might have in a hotdog are fine.

          i thought onions were quite high in carbs?
          spring onions are the ones i have been eating as i do love onion. :wave

            They are a little higher and that is why they are on the one cup veggie list.
