I've made the decision to go on Atkins for the second time and this time I WILL do it! I know it works, I just need to stick to it! Last time I lost 14lbs on induction without doing any excercise, this time I've joined a gym and I'm darn well going to get my moneys worth by going every day. Its great to see all your fabulous successes on here, I hope I can join you!

Welcome!!! We're so glad you're here! Don't worry about begining again! Just go with the momentum you have (I did the same thing!) But at least we 'woke up' and began again. Here's to success!
