  • My day 15

    Well, my wife was a sceptic and I said I would do it and I did !!!

    Hopped on the scales this morning, opend one eye then the other...lost 11.0lbs (5kg) unbelievable. This diet is excellent, no more hunger pangs and I feel great.

    (I have a medical in about a month, so it will be interesting to see my cholestrol though.)

    The first 5 days was tough but after that it just feels normal to me. I will continue on the induction for another 2 weeks and see how I go as I feel good within myself and this rapid weight loss hasn't effected me. I stuck to the allowed foods and experimented with a couple of other things such as decaf coffee with full cream (no sugar or additives).

    Main foods have been fish, meat, chicken and eggs....and the vegies.

    For the people who are finding it tough, hang in there....it gets way better !!! :joy
