today i posted a picture that my daughter took of me on mothers day in a swimsuit. this isn't easy for me. i'm shy, and somwhat of a hermit.
now you may not be able to see the difference in my pic, and maybe i'm still pretty chunky to you, but I can see a difference. normal sizes fit! and even though i'm still coping with a big gut, I do see my body having a more curvy outline.
i am totally embarressed to post this picture but i do wish to make a point. my scale hasn't been moving much lately but I still have gone from a size 22 to a size 16.
one of the reasons that I emphasize not using the scale is that it is entirely possible to lose sizes and still not see scale movement.
I know because it happened to me.
stick to the approved list, drink your water, and stay away
from the scale and you will find yourself getting fitter and
smaller and healthier than you have ever been before.
Never give up! Never surrender! :joy
