  • Week # 2 Results Not so good

    Hello everyone. I am a little late checking in :joy

    However Monday was my week 2 weigh in & start of Week 3..I was really disappointed but I didnt get discouraged. I have lost 1 pound during week # 2. But At least it's 1 pound gone. I didnt get discouraged because all of my clothes are getting loose..and My Hubby said that I had lost inches..so it isnt all bad I guess. But I am hoping for better results at next weigh in.
    Does anyone have an idea about what to expect on how many pounds you should focus on each week ? Is 3-5 lbs unreasonable ? I did Sooooooo awesome on week # 1 that I think it swelled my head up !!

      Hang in there! You can do it. I think it's natural for our weight gain to slow down a little the second week as our bodies are adjusting more to the low carb way of eating. But know that ever single pound we lose is FAT. We got rid of the water weight along with initial fat and now our bodies re beginning the revenge of the tubby! Stay tuned for future fat loses!! YOU WILL HAVE THEM!!
