Who said you have to eat eggs and bacon for breakfast????
You can eat anything you want provided the foods are on the Induction Foods list. If you want to eat roast turkey slices with mayonnaise for breakfast, go for it. If you want to eat taco salad, go for it.
Think outside of the box, and you'll find plenty of things to eat besides bacon and eggs.

I'm not big on the egg thing either, so I usually eat a lunch or dinner for breakfast! This morning I had a can of salmon with mayo & celery, a bit of Old Bay seasoning, all mixed up and then fried in a bit of butter and olive oil. Yummy!F/39/5'3"/SW-178.5/CW-171/GW-130

Re: Help
Hey rayjay
Have you read the DANDR 2000 edition? (Atkins latest addition) You really need to read this book because it contains luscious suggestions for breakfast (and it will tell you that you cannot have fruit on Induction.)
I have deviled eggs sometimes with some cheese or I'll have canadian bacon and some cheese with a nice cup of decaf tea. The splenda in my tea takes the 'edge' off of any craving I might have for sweets.
Please take the time to read the book. You'll be so glad you did!
Be well-

Yes, read the book (it's the 2002 version you want, actually) and get familiar with the Acceptable Foods list and the Rules of Induction.
I quite often eat last nights leftovers for breakfast....this morning I had two boiled eggs and a half stick of locally made pepperoni. Some mornings it might be deli meat and a pickle...whatever I'm in the mood for.
Fruit is not allowed till you are in OWL, so best to give the book a read so you understand why some foods are ok now, and some you have to wait for. :yes
