    Are they okay for induction?

    Yes but................. (there's always a but......... )

    Watch out for the sauces they use on them. If you're cooking them yourself, that's even better. Pre-made and restaurant ones "probably" use sauces that contain sugars. If you use a low carb sauce, make sure you count the carbs in your daily total.

      I great way to make them is to mis a hot sauce with butter and a pinch of vingar. Franks is a good one. I like the grocery store brand. If you like a little hot then twice as much butter as hot sauce, hot then use 1/2 and 1/2 or I like twice as much hot sauce as butter.

        yes.....buffalo wings kick butt!! make a mixture of hotsauce (i use franks red hot) and melted butter....you can "buffaloize" all chicken and all grilled meats for that matter. good stuff!
