Last Day on Induction

Hey All,
Well, I made it! Tomorrow I weigh in and start my first day on Ongoing Weight Loss. I enjoyed Induction. I didn't have Induction Flu this time. In fact the only struggle I had was that I wasn't hungry!
I'm looking forward to going on to OWL but I just wanted to thank all of you here for your incredible support! Moochiecat, Tickle (Do I know you from a former life Tickle?) the beautiful cleochatra, Peter, not2late, elizellen, and many more. This board is such a wonderful place to be when you are on Atkins!!
Please come over and visit me on the OWL board or the Journal board. I'll also be camping out on the Exercise Board and am looking forward to taking part of the Exercise Challenge!

Re-read the OWL chapters in the book and read through the stickies in the OWL forum. Be sure to ask any questions you might have about OWLing there.

Thanks! I just finished reading all of the stickies. I had read the OWL chapter a couple of days ago in preparation for the 'move'. After reading all of that information I did have a question which I posted on the OWL board. Thanks for all the work you did on the stickies! Great information!
