Hey guys,
Of course the beginning of my induction coincided with a week long road trip...considering the circumstances I think I did pretty well--did not indulge in any "real" carbs...stuck to the proteins, fats and veggie carbs (and am just hoping there were few if any hidden carbs in the things I ordered...eventho I tried my best to give the waiters and waitresses the 3rd degree.) Haven't stepped on a scale and won't for another couple of weeks...but am glad to be home now where I can know for sure exactly what is going into my food...guess the realization I had was although it felt kind of annoying to ask all the time about what was in the food...I shouldn't feel that way because at the end of the day it is my body and I have to deal with the repercussions + also realized that even during my 1st wk of induction when I was the most nervous in making sure I was adhering to the program correctly I was still able to go out to eat for every meal...**although not sure of pounds lost, clothes are looser and tummy is samller *yay*...alrighty enough rambling...way too tired after driving around 1,600 miles
