    Here I am, day 3 of induction and thinking that I was doing so well. Then to suddenly realise that I have totally blown my induction because I thought that cashews and full cream milk were ok. I was on Atkins about 3 yrs ago and lost about 20 lbs, but I guess a few things have slipped my mind... :sadblinky

    I have mo idea why I thought full cream milk was ok, I must have been getting it mixed up with cream being ok. I even reread through the acceptable foods section! :anger

    Day1 I had 50 carbs, Day2 13 carbs and Day3 49 carbs.

    Should I start again or just continue?

    Start again. And we can use Heavy Whipping Cream but its limited ot 3-4 oz per day.

    It would be a good idea to re-read the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. :nod

        You don't need to 'start again' - just continue with better food choices :hug. So today is your Day #4
        Many of us have problems at first but before you know it you will be choosing the correct foods without even having to think about it :yes

          It's only been 3 days, so if you start over it is not a big deal. However, if you don't, also not a big deal. Just start it right today. You never know how long you will keep going on with induction anyway, so to be sworn to 14 days of one thing is silly. You might end up here for a while....IN a year, the first 3 days won't matter.

          learn to do it correctly and keep going, then decide whether or not you wanted today to be the fourth day or first day. It successive correct days you are looking at

            I'd start again, three days is no big deal
