Enova oil

Hello all,

Even though I have been reading this wonderful Atkins forum for almost 2 years,I've never had any questions until now.

I bought a bottle of Enova oil and this morning I fried couple of eggs with it and it was truly delicious,almost as good as a pad of butter.

Anyone else tried this new wave oil yet?

I've seen it in stores, but I haven't tried it.

I see it and have never bought it. It is supposed to taste pretty good, like you mentioned. It seems like it is much healthier than most oils since it has 1/2 the sat. fat od vegetable oil, for eample. I had jsut bought a new bottle of good olive oil when I first saw Enova, so when I use that olive oilup, I'll pick some up.
