Congratz on making it to day 14 but with such a small amount left to lose you really need to be thinking about OWL and seeing how all those different food groups effect you and your metabolism there is much work still to be done while you have pounds to lose and are enjoying the deep ketosis appetite suppression and craving controls.
those that work all four phases are the ones Dr Atkins said don't regain the weight. you don't want to go from laying the foundation of your Atkins WOL in induction to putting on the roof in Premaintentance without having any framing and walls from OWL do you?by the book atkinseer
