I'm starting on Induction all over again. I have gained 20 pounds and am having a hard time re-starting Induction. I am motivated however and will try my best this time.

Boot Camp
I'm going to really try and focus. My eating habits are really getting out of control. I'm very happy to be back.
The last time I tried I tried the Boot camp but that was brutal. I didn't have time for all the work involved and it really made me feel sad. ...so I'm just sticking to this routine until the weight comes off.Comment
