    Can this be true?

I started on 5/10/05. I didn't weigh until 5/12/05 when I joined curves and I weighed 262. I weighed myself again on Saturday and the scale said I was 250. I know I feel like I have lost something because of how my clothes feel. However could I have possible lost 12 lbs in 5 days???????

All things equal (same scale, same clothing, same time of day for weigh-in) Congrats!

Check back at the end of your 2 week Induction period because weight fluctuations (both up and down) during the initial stages are expected.

      Hi Tara

      Congratulations for joining Curves. :joy

Some people do lose quite a bit weight during induction. Of course, in the beginning, some of that weight will be water weight. Soon the weight loss typically slows down so be sure to take your measurements.

              Congrats Tara!

After this week, which was my 1st week, I would say it's very possible you lost that much.

I'm going to have to put the scale away though, I'm weighing everyday and somedays it says I actually gain and then other days it says I lost 5lbs, LOL.

Good luck to you! Hope you have a great 2nd week.
