    I am starting my induction. This is my 3rd or so attempt but today I am going to get past this first day (always the hardest for me). Here is my menu.

    Breakfast
    2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon

    Lunch:
    Chef Salad ->
    2 cups salad greens w/ ranch carb option dressing
    diced chicken breast
    crumbled bacon slice
    shredded cheese
    hard boiled egg

    Dinner:
    Bacon Cheese Burger (minus the bun of course)
    1/2 cucumber with ranch

    Snack (if needed)
    Cheese Stick
    Shay

    Atkins Start Date 6/2/05
