I introduced myself on the appropriate board, but just wanted to say hello here as well. I have been a lurker for quite a while. I started a clean induction on Sunday and I am feeling great. Prior to induction I have been reducing my carbs and portion sizes as well as exercising, accounting for my first 15lbs lost. I forgot how much I LOVE omlets!!!!! Two eggs, 1cup spinich, 1slice ham 1/4cup cheese 3-5carbs cook in olive oil (my favorite) and so filling!!! :ThumbsUp If anyone has similar stats please let me know how you are doing. Ok so I am kind of asking for a buddie, but I didn't want to look like a copy cat. I will let you all know what my weight is on Sunday. Thanks for your support!!!!
