coming to the end of day 2

So far so good, think i may have had slight headache and tiredness but bar that ive felt fine, i tried atkins a few months back and by the end of the first day i felt very light headed and gave up. Ive just got my fingers crossed i dont get a bad case of induction flu ne time soon, as i have exams coming up in a few days :confused

based on your pic, your hollow cheek bones, and your current weight, you might want to reconsider induction.

if you are light headed you probably need to eat something right away.

perhaps you should consider just being on maintenance?
