Is anyone familiar with the crystal light drink mixes?
I drink lots of water normally but also enjoy the icetea and lemonade mixes. On the back they say 0 sodium, 0 carbs, 0 sugars and 5 calories. I am wondering if there is something "evil" in this product that might ruin induction.

    Thanks

There is aspartame in them. Aspartame has been shown to cause stalls in 25% of patients in Dr. Atkins clinics by messing with the blood sugar levels. You might be one of the lucky ones, but I still would not count it in my daily water totals.

Just adding to what Bowulf wrote....

If you do choose to drink this and similar beverages, you will need to count 1 serving as 1 of the 3 daily artificial sweetener allotments you are allowed during this diet.

The powder Crystal Light does contain aspartame, but the ones in the bottles that are already mixed, contain Splenda, so go with the one in the bottles, and count one as your one out of three sweetners.

Whenever I drink Crystal Light I can't sleep at night. It doesn't list any caffeine, but it doesn't say NO CAFFIENE.. it doesn't mention it at all. Does anyone know if it truly has no caffeine?
