I was looking at my fitday chart. Does fitday not take out the fiber when calculating carbs to get Net Carbs? Is that something we just figure out. I have an example......
For 2 cups of Salad Greens, Fitday calculates that as:
Total Carbohydrate 3.26g 1%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dietary Fiber 2.38g 10%
When you add it to your meal, it doesn't deduct the fiber. Is it fair to say that I can deduct 2.38 from the total carbs for that day. Maybe keep it recorded on my journal or something?
