had to restart due to me not being determined enough :sarcasm . This is the one week mark for me. So far I have lost 11 lbs. I have stopped feeling crappy now, and eat much less. Now it seems, I eat food simply to feed my stomach and do not even really want to eat. If I go without eating, I dont get hungry, I just get tired and feeling slightly weird. I totally do not want to have anything to do with any sweet foods, I made some clouds one day (while they were really good, they were extraordinarily sweet) and they reminded me of cake frosting. I only used 1 splenda packet... I do not want ANYTHING sweet now, except maybe a little sweetened tea or coffee to give it some flavor.
