Been away for about two weeks... finished Induction....

Hi folks... I've been busy with a lot of work stuff and have kept away too long. I wanted to report back as to the results of my induction (which I finished two weeks ago).

TWELVE POUNDS!!! Only 46 to go....

I will be lurking in the OWL and general low-carb diet forums from here on out, but its been great to hang out with you folks. I haven't had a chip or sugary candy bar in a month and I'm loving it!
