day 5 induction and i still have a huge apetite?

  • day 5 induction and i still have a huge apetite?

    is this normal? ive read alot of people loose their apetite, i seem to have gone the opposite way, it is totm soon, so usualy i do have a huge apetite, but i usualy fill up on low cal stuff to avoid going over cals. Im trying to have no more than 4 meals a day and i dont feel full after them.
    I know it says to eat till your full, but im thinking thats not wise as i may just be hungry cos of time of the month.
    Has ne one else had increased apetite, or ne advice

    It could be because of TOM, but it could just be that you are adjusting to the diet. I was hungry ALL the time in the beginning but I think it had more to do with getting rid of the idea that "I'm on a diet, therefore I must be deprived and starving!"
    It'll all fall into place in time.

    Don't be shy about eating small meals through your day! I find that really works for me. Small breakfast at 7:30, small lunch at 11:30, snack at 1:30 and around 3:30, then dinner at 6. Once in a blue moon I'll have a snack later on.
    Combining a protein with a fat for a snack is best..it'll satisfy you quicker and sustain you longer. :yes

      Along with what Moochie said, sometimes when our brain is telling us we're hungry, our bodies are actually thirsty. If you've eaten not long before and begin to feel hungry, try drinking a glass of water or two first then see if you still want to eat.

        thanxs for the advise, that is more or less whatve ive bin doing, i was just wondering what costitues a small meal

        usualy ill have for a meal things like

        2 eggs and a bit of cheses

        a salad with 3 strips bacon and a few cubes of cheese

        or a sald with tin of tuna or a tin of sardines

        or an eg with some kind of meat

        wud u say these are small or big meals?

        I think i may also constantly be wanting to eat cos of my mood swings, and im currently revising for exams, so its like food is the only exctiting part of my day.
