Well I'm back with a renewed mind for this WOE. I had to reread the book and understand that this WOE is not a fad or a quick fix me up. It's a lifestyle change and even though I'm well aware of this, I continued to think after losing some pounds and inches, that it was OK to eat off plan and go right back on. I was wrong and as of today I know I would have been at GOAL. But hey, do I either dwell on the past or move on and get my BUTT back in gear. If you said get my BUTT back in gear, the answer is CORRECT and that's what I've done. I've been inspired by your stories, your struggles, and your Encouragement to one another.
