  • Induction legal BBQ sauce?

    We are grilling some pork ribs tonight, I bought 2 plain ones for myself( the otjers were marinated) does anyone have a recipe for a legal BBQ sauce? urplequ: I hope so~ if not any suggestions for a grilling sauce? Thanks in advance :icondance

    hi i dont no about bbq sauce but what works for me is bbq the meat and get some low carb tomatoe sauce mic with equal mayo then add some chilli powder dip the meatin it when cooked then eat the mayo reduces the amount of low carb tom sauce it realy is deliciose dont share it withyour sugar eating pals tell them its fatening lol

      Basically, "no" to your question about bbq sauce (especially during induction).

      Try and toss some of those hickory blocks of wood into your grill and it will add a great hickory smoke flavor to your food.

      In general, all bar-b-q sauce (including A1) that I have ever seen is make from high carb stuff such as sugar.

      Don't forget about those spices that you can rub on your steaks too.

        I agree with snorkelman's suggestion for a dry rub. I know I may get kicked out of texas for saying so, but I have never liked bbq sauce . I do love grilled meat, but I just prefer it "dry" ie without sauce. Be sure to check the ingredients on the rub for sugar, or make your own.:yummy
