  • New to the board

    I am looking to lose 80 lbs by the end of the year. I will exercise and do anything people tell me on here that has helped them lose weight. It has been inspiring to read some of the sucess on here. If anyone can tell me what can ehlp me do this and make it easier I am up for suggestions.

    THis board is awesome for support and can answer just about any questions you may have. Read the book, stay to the foods on the acceptable foods list, water and most important exercise. Your gonna do great and welcome to the boards!

      Welcome.. Just eat by the acceptable food lists, exercise, and drink your water.. Those 80 pounds will start melting away!
