I have been lurking this board for 2 months, and finally realized I needed to register and say thank you for the many tips that have helped me so far! I am committed to this WOE as a WOL and this board is a great inspiration. I want to lose 100 pounds, so I will be moving between the two forums for a while (extended induction & Century Club) My favorite tips so far? That I needed to drink MUCH MORE water than I was, and a great recipe (zucchini fried with parmesan cheese)!
