When do the Whooshie Fairy come??

Not necessarily....It can come any day pretty much. I am on TOM right now and had a woosh this morning go figure? So it's pretty much when she wants to show up!

I don't know the scientific reason, I'll let someone else answer that but from what i understand it's when you wake up (usually) and have to pee a whole lot and then find out you wiegh a few pounds less over night.

For all newbies a whoosh is when you loose lbs overnight. I have seen 5 lbs wooshies and nicki here had a 13 lb whoosh once I think. Whooshie Fairy is the magical fairy who comes to take the pounds away overnight.

I am pretty sure whooshies happen the way they do because as you burn fat your body fills the fat cells with water to keep their shape in case they need to get filled with fat again. Once the body realizes the fat is not coming back it releases the water. hense the need to pee alot and the sudden drop in weight.

You're right spirittalker, I lost 13 lbs. overnight. I was so excited. So, I'm looking for another Whoosh!!!! Thanks for the explanation, I've heard that before but knowing me I totally forgot. I have blond roots

Thanks Iyshif :hug and Congratulations on her coming to bless you with another Whoosh!!! :icondance You're so close to your goal, I know you can taste it!!!! I'm so happy for you girl!!! Oh yeah tell the Whooshie Fairy that I've left the window cracked so she can come right on in, and to give me a big fat whoosh, afterwards tell her to close it back because TOM will sneak in if she don't. :sarcasm He gets on my nerves.
