    UNBELIEVABLE!

    It has been exactly 6 weeks and I have lost 28lbs! im so excited

          That's like 5 lbs a week. That great! I hope I do as well. I'm on day 5 of induction. Long way to go.

                              i caused myself to slow on the weight loss but im right back on track now
