Hello- I am having a difficult time understanding what I can have and what I can't. I am on my 3rd week of Atkins (extended induction). I look through the recipes and see ingredients such as horseradish and things like that but then I saw to only eat what is on the acceptable food list. Will someone please clarify this for me, I am just nervous that I will be cheating and not realize it. Thanks!!!
