Hey... I once weighed 207 and now I'm down to 176 (Dropped from a size 18 to a size 10)....My goal is 160 but I'm trying to reach 165 by the middle or end of June because I need to meet the requirements to join the Air Force...I have a big frame and most of my body weight is muscle..but I still need to lose that weight...unfortunately I've been stalling for about 2 weeks...could this be because I need to increase my carbs from 20 to 25? I don't eat any sugar alcohols..I don't drink any caffeine...and I keep processed meats like hot dogs to a minimum...what could be wrong?!?!?

You arent far from goal now so it aso be would be a good idea to move on to OWL now and start to up your carbs by adding 5 carbs of your allowed veggies then climb the carb ladder.
You need to lose your last few pounds in the pre-maintenance phase of Atkins so ought to be starting OWL now.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
