  • NEED TO LOSE FAST

    Hey... I once weighed 207 and now I'm down to 176 (Dropped from a size 18 to a size 10)....My goal is 160 but I'm trying to reach 165 by the middle or end of June because I need to meet the requirements to join the Air Force...I have a big frame and most of my body weight is muscle..but I still need to lose that weight...unfortunately I've been stalling for about 2 weeks...could this be because I need to increase my carbs from 20 to 25? I don't eat any sugar alcohols..I don't drink any caffeine...and I keep processed meats like hot dogs to a minimum...what could be wrong?!?!?

    Hope this helps. Im still a newby so im not sure. You might want to review chapters 15 and 18 in DANDR.

      Have you posted your menus in the 'REVIEW MY MENU' forum lately?
      Maybe someone can spot a 'staller'?

      You arent far from goal now so it aso be would be a good idea to move on to OWL now and start to up your carbs by adding 5 carbs of your allowed veggies then climb the carb ladder.

      You need to lose your last few pounds in the pre-maintenance phase of Atkins so ought to be starting OWL now.
