    You guys should all go to this url:



    and do the "How much have you lost on the Atkins diet so far?" poll.

    I can't believe that someone would maintain a website that puts down some people's way of life.

    It made me mad!

    I went on the site and yes at first Iwas a bit shocked. the more you go into the site the author is on the Atkins diet and has successfully lost weight. There is also a statement that they love the Atkins diet just felt the need to showcase some of the downsize. It also states not to take offence because its there to make you laugh. Its more of a site that talks about all those days when we hate being on a diet and want to eat a piece of pizza!!

    Why do you think the Atkins diet sucks?
    We really don't. In fact, we love the Atkins diet! It has done a great job for us, our friends and hundreds of thousands of other people.

    However, as with any diet, there are downsides, so we felt the need to build this humorous website to showcase some of the Atkins diet downsides.

    If you haven't noticed, this site is built to convey humor. Please do not take offence to anything on this website as it is written for the sole purpose of making you laugh.

      I looked at the "Top 10 ways to tortune a person on the Atkins diet", and I have to say that none of things would torture me. Someone eating french fries in front of me? Gross. Bringing donuts to work? No Thanks!

      I guess I'm not to the point yet where I'm frustrated with this WOL

        Oh I hadn't noticed the humour. I guess I should check it out again. The main problem is that the domain www.atkinsdietsucks.com can be missleading to someone googling Atkins.

          I totally agree Effie. None of those things tempt me anymore. I've been there and done that and I'm not going back. Do you think that maybe THOSE Atkins followers aren't really getting the point?

            I watched it too, if someone did those things to me I would just be thinking "yuck, you need to work on some serious self-esteem issues" I see the humor in it, but it reminds me of the class pop off. The kid nobody liked cause he always has some smart a** comment to say about everything. :sarcasm
