I am an experienced Atkiner and am on Induction. I find that now as well as in the past i seem to bruise very easily when i am on Induction. Am i the only one who has experienced this?

Are you taking a multi-vitamin? You also may need an additional Vitamin C supplement, since we can't have citrus fruit.

I didn't find that I bruised more easily on Induction.
I'm on blood thinners so I'm always on the watch for unexplained bruises and for whatever reason I rarely get a bruise and that didn't change during Induction.
I have had to have my meds adjusted over the year though, and I believe it's due to the Vitamin K in all the leafy greens I now eat.
Oddly enough I have two bruises that came out of nowhere just over the last few days.
You might want to talk with your doctor if you're coming up in bruises.

:confused Hi. You might want to take a look at your B-12 intake. I have pernicious anemia (no intrinsic factor in stomach to allow you to absorb B-12 from food) so I have to take B-12 injections. A sign of this B-12 deficiency is bruising. If you are not getting enough B-12 in a multivitamin or in food or another nutrient, that may be the cause. :wave
