Ok, I called the company, they tried to feed me a line about lactose not being a sweetned it is used for a flowing agent to keep the product from clumping, and that the whole box ( which has 40 pkg, at 16 oz per package ) has .75 grames of lactose in it.
Then I said yeah lactose is technically a milk product, but it is a milk sugar,
answer....well, uh...yeah...but there is so little in it.....it is really neglagable.
Then I asked what is the exact carb count per pkg since the box say less than 1.
Answer...it is neglagable, nothing that even need to be taking into account, we have gotten all the med dr.s approval it is really not a problem.
Me:So can you tell me the exact count? answer .52 carbs per pkg.
LOL, I bet they hate calls like that

But at .5g carbs, this would be about one third or even less than regular lemon juice? Might be worth to use in some recipes then, and if I run out of fresh juice.193/169/160

When you are on the dairy rung of OWL would be the best time to include a food containing milk products. :hugOriginally posted by PsymacBut at .5g carbs, this would be about one third or even less than regular lemon juice?
