  • Oh My, I cannot believe what I had for dinner...

    I LOVE this WOL!! I am just shy of 2 moinths in, and tonight I was really crnaky. I had made huge sticky homemade cinnamon rolls for my family today with cream cheese icing, and then spanish rice for dinner. I was feeling deprived SO I thought ok, you have $36, whats in the freezer? Ok I have those lobster tails, and I have a head of cauliflower, and with $36 I can get 8 oz black angus tenderloin.
    So I had lobster tails in clarified butter, filet mignon, and mashed cauliflower. WOW weee WOW!! It was awesome, and I feel much less deprived

      Yes, great for you! Sometimes you just got to go all out with this WOE, just to shake this carbohydrate addiction. But I tell you, it can be rough, so many tempations out there...but nothing beats the feeling of another pound or two off the scale!

        It's meals like yours that keep me in this wol - I am really enjoying eating so much of what I have avoided in the past! And still my cholesterol goes down! What a bonus.

                  Congrats!! I know how it is with kids and hubby that eat "normal" You have to be able to avoid temptation or it will get you every time. Especially with homemade sweets!! :yes
