  • Newman's Own Ceasar Dressing

1g of carb for newman's own dressing is correct, and it is ok to have on induction. Just make sure you count' that carb in your daily total. If you have the dressing iwth a mcdonalds salad, why don't you try not using the whole package as well? I do this...i find they give you far too much dressing. I've yet to find a store bought 0 carb dressing..usually they have 1g per tbsp

Ziggy's prescliced pizza pepperoni (available at Loblaws, No-Frills, Valumart etc) is not zero carb but is very low carb. there are 4 g of carbs in 20 slices, which is a lot of pepperoni! i usually just take that carb count and divide it for how many pieces i'm having.

    Newman's Own Ceasar Dressing

When I told you guys about the McDonald's salad that I was having you suggested getting Newman's Own Ceasar Dressing because it tasted great and had 0 carbs. I can't find any Newman's Own Ceasar dressing with 0 carbs. I found a Newman's Own Ceasar dressing with 1 carb per serving.

Also, you guys keep talking about pepperoni or salami with 0 carbs. I can't find any of that either.

Are these products only available in the US? I'm in Ontario, Canada.

I'm 1.5 weeks into induction and I have to say that I truly love this WOE. I've never had this feeling on a diet....and trust me, I've been dieting all my life (even when there was no reason for me to diet). On all other diets 1 day would seam like a week and getting through 1 week was torture. With this diet I don't feel stressed, I'm relaxed about losing weight...I just feel that I can be on this diet forever and never feel like I'm on a diet. Ok, I'm rambling now.
