I went from a 8 wide to an 8 med on one foot and from a 8 1/2 med to an 8 med on the other foot. So now both feet are the same size! Yeah Atkins!! LOLDee

Just a theory, but I noticed that when I gained weight my shoe size went up AND I had fallen arch problems. Do you think our feet just spread out support the higher weight?Comment

My Mom always said that when people lose a lot of weight they lose a shoe size or more. Its definitely a fact I've heard for years. Congrats Iyshif girl on your new shoe size!!! I can't wait until mines get back smaller too.{100% Female/30/5'6"}

I have skinny feet but when I am bigger they get a lot wider I am enjoying having thinner feet again I can fit into some really cool shoes nowsigpic
