  • I'm finally in "Onederland"!

    Just wanted to share my excitement! I weighed 199 this morning! :icondance

    This WOE does work if you stick at it - I had to loose my prior "fast" thinking (thinking I should be losing weight more quickly) and learn to be diligent in this WOE. It is a great lesson.

    Here's to always staying in "Onederland"! :joy

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You must be absolutely thrilled!! You worked hard and deserve to feel awesome about this achievement!

    I can't wait to get there myself. Hopefully soon!

            Keep up the good work!
            Many times Men experience much quicker weight loss than women, however the diet does work for women as you can attest to.
            Me and my wife are both on Atkins and I can double her weight loss, so it must be a male/female thing, body mass, hormone, I don't know.
            But remember quick loss is not the main thing, just steady loss, with overall lifestyle changes that will last.

                  Wonderful...or should I say onederful! I am so excited for you! How nice does that feel to get rid of the "2" in from of those other numbers!

                          Onederland, it's an amazing place. Congratulation on getting there!

                          I haven't been there since graduation day of basic training, and not back since I think either. LOL
