    It's Official.....THE BIG "50"

No, not my age,,,,my weight. I have officially lost 50 big ones, in just over 4 months!!! Starting this WOE January 26/05, I never would've thought my whole life would be different. At a hefty 277 lbs., I always felt sluggish, my knees and back were always aching, and I looked pregnant! Now I feel and look younger than I did 20 years ago. My eating habits have been changed forever, and my excercise regime, has become daily. And of course the moderators, and everyone on this ADDBR is so supportive and encouraging, couldn't have done it without you! I'm just about 1/2 way to my goal,,,,,I look forward to meeting everyone in onederland.... :joy :joy :icondance :icondance

ALRIGHT! I loved that part of that show “The Biggest Loser” where they have the people carry around weights that weighed as much as they had lost. They could hardly do it!

Imagine carrying around a 50 pound weight all day with you…..you have 50 less pounds to carry around all day, your body is loving you!!!

Well hello everyone from sunny Victoria, British Columbia. DH and I are visiting my daughter for her graduation from University. Thank you all so much for your kind words, and encouragement.

Californiacasey, No I can not imagine carrying around a 50lb weight with me, interesting concept though!!

ttdriver, well no, I'm not turning 50, I am 51, turning 52 in August, so I beat you by a couple of years. 50's are great!!!, and you're right, age is only an #.

Chriss, I would never believe anyone who told me that I could lose 50 lbs in 4 months, but now I'm a believer!!!!!

Thx again everyone...good luck to you all!!!
