    Moved Into Extended Induction

    Hi Everyone!!

I have decided to move into extended Induction and stay there for awhile. I am quite comfortable with it and don't trust myself with added carbs as I am so addicted.

I am staying focused and will not cheat or stray....I refuse to let this beat me and I will NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Johnny :guns

I am with you there. I have decided that I don't trust myself. I am starting wk 4 and feel very comfortable. I am diabetic (although my blood sugar #s are normal now) and feel that I NEED to keep the carbs low to let my body heal itself. Boy is it working? I think more clearly, have more energy (not as much as I want though) and can see better at night. I also don't feel hungry at all? Are you using any of the Atkins breakfast bars? What do you think about them? I am a busy person, with work and all, and I find that they are quick and easy.
