Okay, I really let go of some water after eating that horseradish evidenced by my pants being suddenly slightly looser the day after. Now today I"m suddenly bloated. It's 7 days to expected TOM, but I've never really taken notice of when I might bloat. Can I get some feedback on whether this is the typical timing? I didn't up carbs yesterday or any other changes to explain it.

I just mixed up the ingredients for the inside of the pie (i.e. cream cheese, yellow mustard, horseradish, etc..) and spread it on deli slices of roast beef. (kind of reminded me of Arby's sandwich with horsey sauce) Anyway, I'll let you guys know tomorrow what happens!

This stuff is a staple for me. I make one and cut it in four pieces and I have lunch for four days. Easy to grab on the way out the door for work.

Losemythighs, I really like your idea. I'm always looking for good, quick, easy things to eat. Good snack for home and to take on the road. Would this work as a condiment for my dinner steaks?

Well, no whooshie this morning. maybe I didn't eat enough horseradish...or maybe I'm not retaining any water. who knows. Checkers....I believe it would taste okay with steaks...I LOVE horseradish.

                  Whoosie Pie

I made the whossie pie and only lost 1 pound, that is good but I didn't like it, but I sure liked the taste of horseradish never ate it before and I got the one in a jar and on the label it said no carbs is this true because the other one I saw in the store said 1g carb which is better fresh or jar???
