I wonder where I go from here. Do I start induction over again. It' s so easy to stray when you are not in your own home. I spent the week end at my mother's home and I had carrot cake two days in a row. I let the destructive side of me take over. So any opinions are welcome, do any of you think I should start induction over again, or will that not be effective?

If you are already on extended induction just get back on plan and carry on as normal. :hug
Perhaps you need to work out why you couldn't turn down the carrot cake and work out a strategy to avoid it if you are still on iduction or not on a high enough OWL rung next time you are 'tempted' :yikes
Times like these are testing but it might be an idea to let your family know you need their support to avoid non-Atkins food. Many members here have managed to enrol their cooking friends and relations into their 'support team' and so don't get offered food with sugar etc. :yesWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
