  • DID I JUST MESS UP???

Hi all. ok i did something dumb, and need opinions... im at work and had 1/2 a gallon of the Arizona diet green tea w/ ginseng, made with splenda from 8 am til now(its now 230) so thats a lot of tea and i know that past the 3 a day sweetner thing, so i guess i was wondering what you all thought would happend now, it was just really good, and so i just kept drnking it and now its gone..... do u think it will stall me, im not worried about cravings cuz ill ignore them i just dont wanna stall or gain, thanks, any info, input, opinions....

oh and its total servings was about 8 that i had, and its 0 cals and less then 1 carb, the ingrediants are premium brewed green tea using filtered water, honey, citric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavors, suralose(splenda), acesulfame potassium, and ginseng extract.... is it hopelessss..

Yes, you SO messed up. Just kidding. If you haven't been drinking caffeine, that might make you buzzed (I'm assuming it's got caffeine in it). I would count all those carbs though and maybe stick to water for the rest of the day. Maybe not do that again tomorrow.

It will mess you up if the carb totals take you over your CCL. Otherwise drink extra water to flush it out and be very careful of the sugar cravings you may get from all that sweetner.

It does have honey in it honey. I would suggest not drinking it anymore.
